It was an excellent stay overall, with a safe environment and wonderful weather. The rooms were brand-new, immaculately clean, and had great style and amenities. The staff was very nice and provided helpful information. I enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast.

Went to bar for a drink. Ordered a martini. Got the smallest drink I have been served in my life. Asked to see the manager and was told basically tough, that’s how we serve them either 1 shot or 2. Literally 2 sips. Suggest the advertise their prices by the shot not by the drink since they are not really drinks. Would never visit this bar again but would stay at the hotel. Just find another place to eat and have a drink. Heard the managers name is Ramos. Ownership should talk to him.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful. The room was a nice size with lodge-like decor. The location of the property was particularly good and incredible. The food they offered was great with a variety of meals. I enjoyed my stay at The Del Monte Lodge Renaissance Rochester Hotel & Spa. The staff were incredibly helpful and the room had a cozy lodge-like feel. The location was convenient and within walking distance of a private college. Additionally, the food offered at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

This was my really good stay for 2 nights. Also, location was favourable and fantastic, around 10-15 minutes walk from a private college. It was located in a cute area next to the canal as well as Rochester, NY, a nice comfy base for me.

The hotel is located in a charming area right on the riverside, providing a scenic and peaceful atmosphere. Guests can enjoy walking or running on the nearby Erie Canal Trail and there are quaint shops and a dairy nearby. The rooms are well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms and comfy beds. The staff is extremely helpful and the restaurant attached to the hotel offers upscale dining options.

The front desk staff seemed apathetic and unhelpful, with snippy responses to general questions and concerns.

First, the location was amazing, right on the Erie Canal. I was able to take quick walks to nearby restaurants and trails. The staff was absolutely wonderful, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. When I mentioned I was celebrating a special occasion, they surprised me with champagne and strawberries in my room. The room itself was outstanding, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The Del Monte Lodge Renaissance in Rochester offers a serene atmosphere with beautiful flowers surrounding the property, perfect for those who love being in touch with nature.

I felt right at home during my stay, with no complaints whatsoever.
